ALTO Olives Masterclass Dinner


This February, BEAU welcomes ALTO olive’s Westerly Isbaih.

On Tuesday 27th, sit down and enjoy a four course set menu featuring dishes heralding olive oil varietals produced from olives from their farms at the foothills of Australia’s Great Dividing Range.

Feast on a specially curated menu as you are educated on food and olive oil from both Westerley and NOMAD Group’s executive chef, Jacqui Challinor.

Experience tastings of the olives varietals, and explore elements pivotal to the olive oil production and taste process, such as aroma tasting notes and best ways to include olive oil in your cooking.
