A YARRA VALLEY ICON COMES TO BEAU

Yarra Yering is one of the oldest and most striking estates in the Yarra Valley, established in 1969 by pioneer Dr Bailey Carrodus. It has stood proudly as a benchmark for the region ever since and is one of the country’s most sought-after and collected producers. Their signature ‘Dry Red’ series helped define cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz in Australia, and under the current guidance of Sarah Crowe, the wines have gone on to even greater heights.

Their award role is seemingly endless: The Estate won The Halliday Winery of the Year in 2022, and Crowe won Gourmet Traveller Winemaker of the Year in 2021, while Dry Red No.1 sits proudly in the Langtons ‘First Classified’ category as one of only 21 wines in the country.

Join Sarah Crowe on 17th April as she shares this historic estate’s story with you and talks about what the future holds for the Yarra Valley. The evening will feature an extraordinary range of wines, including back vintage examples of the iconic Dry Red series.

The wines will be paired with a specially designed four-course menu by Beau executive Chef Troy Spencer.
